General terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BossHubMentor services, including coaching, workshops, assessments and related materials provided through BossHubMentor.pro. By engaging our services you agree to these terms. We provide professional coaching and advisory support; the relationship is contractual and subject to these provisions as well as any separate written agreement between the parties.

Eligibility to use services

Services offered by BossHubMentor are intended for company directors, senior executives and authorized representatives acting on behalf of organisations. By accessing our services you represent that you are qualified and authorized to engage for the entity or in your personal capacity as stated in any engagement documentation.

Clients and users must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a contractual relationship with BossHubMentor in respect of its coaching services.

You must use BossHubMentor services lawfully and not for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose. Use must comply with applicable laws and any industry-specific regulation that applies to your organisation.

Availability of certain services may be restricted in particular jurisdictions. BossHubMentor primarily operates in Malaysia (MY); if you are outside Malaysia, local laws and export restrictions may affect access to some offerings.

Account responsibilities

When you create an account or engage BossHubMentor through a client agreement you must provide accurate information. Account registration details should be kept current to ensure reliable communications and service delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to BossHubMentor is accurate and complete. We rely on client-provided data when delivering coaching and assessments, and inaccurate information may affect service outcomes.

Keep login credentials secure and do not share account access with unauthorized persons. Notify BossHubMentor promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access or a security breach involving your account.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal to the named client or entity and may not be transferred or resold without prior written consent from BossHubMentor.

BossHubMentor may suspend or restrict account access if required to contribute suspected misuse, breaches of these terms, non-payment, or for legal compliance. Suspension may be temporary until the issue is resolved.

Services and scope

BossHubMentor provides professional coaching tailored to company directors and senior leadership, including one-on-one coaching, board facilitation, strategy workshops and diagnostic assessments. Services are advisory and designed to support leadership decision-making, governance and organisational performance. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in engagement agreements.

We may update or modify services, features, formats and pricing. Substantial changes affecting active engagements will be communicated to clients and, where necessary, reflected in revised engagement terms agreed between the parties.

BossHubMentor strives to maintain scheduled delivery of coaching sessions and programs. However, availability may vary due to consultant schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will coordinate rescheduling and alternatives in a professional manner.

User conduct rules

Users must comply with the following conduct expectations when engaging with BossHubMentor services, platforms and personnel.

  • Use services lawfully and in good faith; do not engage in fraudulent, harassing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful conduct.
  • Respect confidentiality and proprietary materials provided by BossHubMentor and third parties; do not disclose or misuse confidential information.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to BossHubMentor systems, data or accounts belonging to other users.
  • Do not submit malicious content, malware, viruses, or any material intended to disrupt services or harm other users.
  • Provide honest and accurate information when participating in assessments, diagnostics or feedback processes.
  • Refrain from impersonating BossHubMentor staff, representatives, or other individuals when engaging with clients or third parties.
  • Comply with any additional rules specified for particular programs, events, or confidential engagements.

User-submitted content

Clients and users may provide materials, documents or other content in connection with coaching and assessments. Such user content is subject to the terms set out below.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials and content you submit to BossHubMentor. Submission of materials does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property unless explicitly agreed in writing.

By providing content to BossHubMentor you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and process that content solely for the purposes of providing the contracted services, improving service delivery and as necessary for billing and administrative functions.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and completeness of any materials you provide. Ensure personal data and sensitive information disclosed in materials is provided in compliance with applicable privacy requirements and internal policies.

BossHubMentor may remove or refuse to use content that violates these terms, contains unlawful material, or presents a risk to client confidentiality or service integrity. We will notify you where practicable if removal is necessary.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in BossHubMentor branding, methodologies, materials, templates and platform content are owned by or licensed to BossHubMentor. Users are granted no ownership rights in that intellectual property except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

  • Do not copy, reproduce, adapt or create derivative works from BossHubMentor proprietary materials except as permitted under a written license.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source material from proprietary software or tools provided as part of the services.
  • Do not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, activity or other proprietary notices included with BossHubMentor materials.

Paid services, billing and cancellations

BossHubMentor offers fee-based coaching programs, workshops, assessments and subscription services. Specific terms for paid services will be set out in proposals and invoices and are subject to these general terms.

Pricing for paid services is communicated in proposals and on the BossHubMentor.pro site where applicable. Quoted fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary by program scope, location and consultant involvement.

Payments are processed via secure payment providers or direct invoice. Fees are due as specified in the invoice or agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the terms of the subscription. Clients may modify or cancel subscriptions by contacting BossHubMentor prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund requests will be considered in line with the specifics of the engagement. For discrete deliverables or prepaid programs, refunds or credits may be provided on a case-by-case basis where services have not been delivered and a documented request is received within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not automatic; BossHubMentor will review the circumstances and may offer partial refunds, credits towards future services, or alternative remedies as appropriate.

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to BossHubMentor in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in the engagement agreement. Cancellation terms, notice periods and any applicable cancellation fees will be set out in that agreement.

Clients are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with fees for BossHubMentor services, unless otherwise stated in writing.

BossHubMentor may adjust pricing for future services. Existing engagements will be governed by the fees agreed at the time of contracting unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

Non-payment may result in suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, and recovery actions. BossHubMentor reserves the right to charge interest or collection costs in accordance with applicable law for overdue amounts.

Disclaimer and advisory nature

Coaching and advisory services provided by BossHubMentor are professional and evidence-informed but inherently advisory. Outcomes depend on multiple factors including client execution, market conditions, organisational readiness and third-party actions. Coach input and suggested actions are intended to support informed decision-making; clients remain responsible for their business decisions and any outcomes. Nothing in these terms should be construed as legal, business or regulatory advice; clients should obtain appropriate professional advice for those matters.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BossHubMentor's liability for claims arising out of or relating to services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the particular service giving rise to the claim. BossHubMentor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of benefit, loss of business or reputational loss, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services and references

We may recommend or reference third-party consultants, products or services. Any such recommendations are for convenience; BossHubMentor does not control third-party offerings and is not liable for their performance or compliance. Contracts with third parties are between the client and that third party.

Termination and suspension

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice and termination provisions of the relevant engagement agreement. BossHubMentor may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, non-payment, or legal reasons.

On termination, outstanding fees and expenses remain due. Access to proprietary materials and platform features may be revoked. Certain clauses, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

Privacy and data protection

BossHubMentor's handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available at BossHubMentor.pro/privacy. The Privacy Policy describes the types of data we collect, purposes of processing, retention periods and how to exercise your data rights.

Communications and notices

Notices and official communications may be delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the client, via postal mail to the registered business address, or by phone where appropriate. Clients must ensure contact details are kept current.

Changes to terms

BossHubMentor may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of disputes, except where alternative dispute resolution is agreed.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties should first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved within a reasonable period, disputes may be referred to mediation or the courts in Malaysia as set out in the engagement agreement.
